❓ FAQ: Why do I need to switch to the new platform (new version)?

Q: Why am I being asked to download nw version and register again? A: As part of our major upgrade, we have moved to a new platform. This migration is necessary to comply with Google’s updated policies on privacy, data collection, and background services.


🔄 What's changing?

  • You will need to download the new app (the Agent version) from our official site.

  • You will need to register for a new account or sign in to activate monitoring.

  • Your existing license, package, and expiration date will be automatically migrate.


✅ What stays the same?

  • Your license code, including any remaining validity (expiration date), is preserved.

  • You still have access to the same monitoring features (SMS, GPS, call logs, photos, etc.)

  • You will continue to receive updates and support.


🔐 Why was this migration necessary?

Google now requires:

  • Visible notifications when collecting background data, like GPS or audio

  • Explicit user consent for sensitive permissions

  • Better transparency and control for users

The older platform no longer meets these standards and may cease to function correctly or be flagged by the Android system as a result. The Agent app was built to ensure:

  • Long-term compatibility

  • Compliance with legal and platform rules

  • Better support and diagnostic tools


📲 What should I do now?

  1. Download the Agent from our official website 👉 Go to the Download Center on the left of this page.

  2. Install the new app on your child’s device

  3. Sign in or create a new account

  4. Your existing license code will still work. If not, please send an email to the Support team (Contact session in the left menu of this page).


💡 Tip: After installation, check that all required permissions are granted and follow the setup guide to enable monitoring features.
