Admin App Guide: Uninstall
The Admin App can be safely uninstalled at any time. Removing the Admin App does not affect the Agent App installed on monitored devices.
1. Android (Google Play version)
Go to your device's Home screen or App drawer.
Locate the Admin App icon (e.g., MyPhones Admin).
Tap and hold the icon until a menu appears.
Select Uninstall or drag the icon to the Uninstall option.
Confirm the action by tapping OK.
Alternative method:
Open Settings → Apps → [Admin App] → Uninstall.
2. iOS (Apple App Store version)
On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Home screen.
Find the Admin App icon.
Tap and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle.
Tap the minus (-) or Remove App option.
Confirm by tapping Delete App.
Alternative method:
Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage → [Admin App] → Delete App.
3. Important Notes
Uninstalling the Admin App will log you out and remove local cache data.
The monitored devices connected to your account will remain paired and continue to upload data. You can reinstall the Admin App later and log in with the same account to reaccess your dashboard.
If you no longer wish to use the service entirely, you must also remove the Agent App from monitored devices (see Agent App → Uninstall Guide).
