Brand-Specific Instructions
Some Android manufacturers apply aggressive battery and security policies that may interrupt the background operation of the Agent app. Please follow the brand-specific adjustments below to ensure continuous functionality.
Samsung
Google Play Protect
Play Store → Profile → Play Protect → Settings → Turn off.
Battery Optimization
Settings → Apps → [Agent App] → Battery → Allow background activity.
Permissions
Settings → Apps → [Agent App] → Permissions → Allow all required permissions (Location, Contacts, SMS, Microphone, etc.).
Xiaomi / MIUI
Google Play Protect
Play Store → Profile → Play Protect → Settings → Turn off.
Auto-Start Management
Settings → Apps → Manage apps → [Agent App] → Enable Auto-start.
Battery Saver
Settings → Battery & performance → Battery saver → Set [Agent App] to “No restrictions”.
Oppo / Realme
Google Play Protect
Play Store → Profile → Play Protect → Settings → Turn off.
Lock in Recent Apps
After opening the app, swipe up to Recent Apps → Pull down on [Agent App] → Lock.
Background Running
Settings → Battery → App Battery Management → [Agent App] → Allow background activity.
Huawei
Google Play Protect
Play Store → Profile → Play Protect → Settings → Turn off.
App Launch Management
Settings → Battery → App launch → [Agent App] → Manage manually.
Enable: Auto-launch, Secondary launch, Run in background.
Vivo
Google Play Protect
Play Store → Profile → Play Protect → Settings → Turn off.
Background Power Management
Settings → Battery → High background power consumption → [Agent App] → Allow.
Permissions
Ensure Location, Contacts, SMS, Microphone are granted in Settings → Apps → Permissions.
