Q: Why can’t I find the Admin app on Google Play or the App Store? A: The Admin app is currently under review by Google and Apple. Once approved, it will be available for download on both the Play Store and App Store. 👉 In the meantime, you can install the latest version from our official website or download the link provided in your account.
For Agent app (APK only)
Q: Why is the Agent app not available on Google Play or the App Store? A: The Agent app requires advanced permissions (e.g., background location, SMS, call logs) that are not allowed by Google Play or App Store policies. 👉 Therefore, the Agent app is distributed via a direct download link (APK) only. Please download and install it using the official link from your Admin Panel.
1) What is the Admin app used for?
The Admin app allows you to manage your account, pair devices, and view collected data.
2) How do I log in to the Admin app?
Use your registered email and password, or sign in with the authentication method supported by your account (e.g., Google).
3) What if I forget my password?

4) How do I pair a new device?
Go to Devices > Add Device, generate a QR or pairing code, and use it in the Agent app.
5) Can I manage multiple devices?
Yes. The Admin app lets you add and manage multiple devices under the same account.
6) How do I check device status?
Device details (online/offline, last sync time) are shown in the Devices tab.
7) What kind of data can I view?
Depending on your package, you can view location, calls, SMS, contacts, photos, and more.
8) How often is data updated?
Most data syncs every few minutes. Real-time features (like live GPS) update instantly when triggered.
9) Can I adjust which data is collected?
Yes. You can enable or disable data types for each device in the Settings menu.
10) Will I receive notifications?
Yes. You will receive push notifications for alerts, device activity, or system updates.
11) Can I remove or block a device remotely?
Yes. Use the Remove Device or Block Device options in the Admin Panel.
