Points & Wallet FAQs (Overview)
1) What are Points?
Points are virtual credits you earn or receive in your account. They can be redeemed for packages or features.
2) How can I earn Points?
You can earn Points by daily login, referrals, promotions, or other in-app activities.
3) Where can I see my Points balance?
Go to Account > Wallet in the cPanel or Admin app to view your current balance.
4) How can I use Points?
Points can be redeemed in Account > Subscription to purchase or extend packages.
5) Do Points expire?
Yes. Points may have an expiration date depending on the promotion or reward type.
6) Can I transfer Points to another account?
No. Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
7) Can I combine Points with real payments?
Yes. You can use Points to partially cover the cost of a package, and pay the remaining amount with a card or other method.
8) How many Points are required for a package?
The amount depends on the package type (e.g., Standard vs. Pro). Conversion details are shown in the Wallet section.
9) Can I request a refund for Points?
No. Points have no cash value and are not refundable.
10) What happens if I uninstall the app?
Your Points remain in your account wallet and are not affected by uninstalling the app.
